Super friendly and helpful. We played a few pianos and left uncertain. The price was close and the trade-in offer not bad. They let us try some that they knew we would not buy, but encouraged us to hear the sound. They were right, it was helpful.
But, we left without buying. There was one other place that we wanted to check out first. Hanmi called and was ready to beat the deal of the others. It was not like a buying a car way of buying, they were just plain nice.
They were so nice, in fact, we negotiated a deal and did not go see the other. Delivery was fantastic and we are so very happy. I wish we had the same deal made when we were there though. We would have left very excited. We will definitely recommend them for years to come.

What a wonderful experience buying a Yamaha upright piano from Hanmi.
Originally I wanted to buy the piano from Costco, but they stopped having it in white. Coming to Hanmi Piano they didn’t only gave me a great price, but the service was also fantastic. They had a kids section where my kid draw till I finished checking the piano and purchased one. Delivery was the next day and tuning was professional.
I strongly recommend visiting them even if you found your piano somewhere else.

Julia allowed me to try out various different pianos since we were only doing further research before actually getting one. I even asked for a Bösendorfer and Steinway, Julia is very honest with her opinions but she is not hostile in anyway. She gladly answered our questions regarding features and whatnot of whichever piano we were testing. She is very nice to us and we received very good price from her store. I am excited to play my new Yamaha baby grand. Also, thanks for opening my eyes to more pianos, Julia.
